Please email us at email@example.com within the hour your order is placed and we can adjust your shipping address, products, etc. We are unable to guarantee your change will be made prior to the shipment so please review your order carefully before submitting!
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Our products are made to order and handcrafted in small batches to ensure they are of the highest quality. Orders will ship approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed but in most cases, we ship a lot sooner
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Shipping to Canada is an option on the site. If you live elsewhere, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your postal code and the products you’d like to order so that we can calculate shipping rates for you. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may occur.

We offer a 14 day hassle free return policy on SKINCARE ONLY! If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping), no questions asked. There must be at least 50% of the product remaining in order to receive a refund.
At this moment, returns are only valid on Sonshine Bath items.
All packages are shipped with USPS and insured. We do not assume responsibility for any packages that are lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us and attach a picture of the damaged item so that we can send out a replacement on the next shipping day.
Sonshine Bath now rewards you for returning your empty containers. We're striving to keep our environment clean and safe daily and this is one of the ways we've decided to help. For every six glass containers / jars you return, you will receive $10 off your next purchase and for every 10 plastic containers, you will receive $10 off your next purchase .
Email us for the return address. Once the package is received and the containers / jars are confirmed to be in usable condition, you will be issued a $10 credit!
